1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any 10XCE product or service ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

10XCE is a product of RSQ Ventures Pvt Ltd, registered in India.

2. Description of Services

10XCE provides a suite of business automation tools including, but not limited to, marketing automation (Zap), inquiry-to-quote management (QuoteEdge), rent-to-own retail management (FlexOwn), and AI-powered tax document processing (TaxVisionPro).

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
• Use the Services to send unsolicited communications (spam)

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Services. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by RSQ Ventures Pvt Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Subscription and Payment

Certain Services may require a paid subscription. Payment terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be communicated at the time of subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RSQ Ventures Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. You may export your data prior to termination upon request.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
